Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Atlantic City, NJ, is seeking an ABA Therapist/RBT to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes. You will implement individualized treatment plans, help clients communicate, build independence, and track progress under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible PM hours, match you with clients near your home, and provide ongoing BCBA mentorship to support your growth toward RBT certification and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children.
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• RBT career path with support to earn your RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small.
