Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will collect data on treatment goals, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
