Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children at home settings, delivering ABA therapy and guiding development of communication, social, and independence skills. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You’ll collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data on progress, and support families by sharing practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
