Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in-home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will directly observe progress, collect data on goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and share practical strategies with families.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
