Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Atlanta, GA is seeking passionate RBTs to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support families to help children reach meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Education

Active RBT certification

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education (a plus)
