Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings in Georgia. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision and families to promote meaningful growth.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion: Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
