Little Steps by Liam ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Jersey City. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic or home settings and implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Founded by two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—Jessica Kay, MS, LBA and Heidi Gebhard, MS, LBA—our mission is to provide individualized therapy in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children, families, and staff feel valued.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

Required

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field
