Job summary

Strides ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or daycare settings in the Trenton, NJ area. You will work under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and collect data to support client progress and quality of life.

Responsibilities include data recording, collaborating with families and the clinical team, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment. Open positions offer flexible schedules and local case assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).
• Clean background check required for working with children and families.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team!

About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client's quality of life. Our ideal RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.
