Job summary

Ahead ABA is hiring a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in and around College Park, home of the University of Maryland. You will work one child at a time in the family’s home, carrying out the treatment plan set by your BCBA and noting responses for continuous improvement.

We require a current RBT certification, dependable transportation, and a willingness to work with children. A clean background check is required, and any ABA experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Background in ABA or autism care is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support children with autism in the family's home, one child at a time.
• Carry out the treatment plan set by the BCBA and note child responses.
• Communicate progress to the team to keep the plan improving.
