Job summary

Ahead ABA in Silver Spring, MD is expanding and seeks a certified RBT to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the family’s home, following the plan your BCBA builds.

A reliable vehicle is required; background check is part of hiring. Experience with autism helps but is not required, and two cases offer a lighter, flexible load.

Job description

Ahead ABA is growing in Silver Spring and Montgomery County, and we are hiring a certified RBT to take on two cases. This is in-home work with children with autism, close to where you live.

Day to day, you will provide one-on-one therapy in the family home, follow the plan your BCBA builds, and keep clear notes on each child's progress. Your BCBA stays involved, so you always have guidance.

You will need an active RBT certification, a reliable vehicle, and a caring, steady approach with kids. Experience with autism or ABA helps but is not a must. A background check is part of hiring.

The pay is $26 to $30 an hour depending on experience. Two cases means a lighter, flexible load.
