Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home and community settings, providing 1:1 care under BCBA supervision and contributing to evidence-based treatment.

You will collect accurate data, track progress, communicate with families and supervisors, participate in ongoing RBT training, and use CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans. This is an in-person role with weekday and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and CPR certification are required or highly preferred.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus.
• Reliability and a clean driving record are important for home- and community-based work.
• CentralReach experience is a plus for session notes and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
