Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate progress with families and supervisors.

The role offers RBT certification upkeep, ongoing training, and access to BCBA guidance within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
