Adaptive Minds ABA in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a high-support environment. This is not a training role; active BACB certification is required, and NVABA registration should be current.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed behavior plans, collect data, and document notes while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Expect strong scheduling, reliable leadership, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.

• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities
