Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support and mentor children and adolescents through one-on-one behavioral interventions in a school setting. You will apply evidence-based strategies and collaborate with a team to promote safety and positive outcomes.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, 52 weeks per year. Pay rate ranges from $24.00 to $27.36 per hour, dependent on experience, with benefits eligibility after 30 days of employment and

Qualifications

• Requires Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB.
• At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children.
• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment.
• Provide interventions to children with autism, IDD and speech/language disabilities.
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using PBIS.
