Job summary

Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) in Broomall, PA seeks an RBT to support students with diverse needs under BCBA supervision. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, competitive pay and strong clinical support provided.

Training to earn RBT credential offered; ASCEND program for student loan repayment and education support. You will implement evidence‑based behavioral strategies, collect data, reinforce replacement skills, and collaborate with teachers and BCBAs to promote student

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field; RBT certification strongly preferred.
• One year of experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral challenges; CPI Safety certification preferred; training and supervision provided.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to handle crisis-level behavior.

Responsibilities

• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skills developed by a BCBA.
• Assist with classroom instruction and PBIS initiatives.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and student progress data.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and teach replacement skills.
• Assist with FBAs and PBSPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
