Job summary

Sunray ABA in Georgia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients with ASD under a BCBA supervisor, delivering evidence-based 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and team members. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available, with mentorship from experienced BCBAs and a supportive, client-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally for sessions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and standards.
