Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one behavioral interventions for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing treatment plans and teaching social, daily living, and communication skills across home, clinic, and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and is reliable with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize CentralReach to record, collect, and maintain clinical data.
• Complete session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA, client families, and other stakeholders under supervision.
• Communicate relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.
