Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an ABA Technician to implement ABA-driven programs for youth in homes or community settings. This role provides 1:1 therapy and supports progress tracking under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

The ideal candidate holds a CBT certificate, has strong problem solving and communication skills, and demonstrates flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to CompanyPolicy and Procedures and maintain confidentiality.
