Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and collaborate with a BCBA to implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress.

The part-time role in Woodbridge, VA offers weekly pay, evening shifts, 20–22 hours/week, travel reimbursement, 401K plans, training and certification assistance, generous PTO, and clear paths for career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain, RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
