Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and track progress with clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
