Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Colorado seeks a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children who have ASD. You’ll work in home or clinic environments, implementing individualized programs under a supervising BCBA, and contribute to data collection and progress notes.

This role offers flexible hours, travel up to 25%, competitive compensation at $25–$30 per hour, benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
