Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Richardson Center, located at 12606 Greenville Avenue Suite 260 Dallas, TX 75243. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

You will implement treatment plans from a BCBA, monitor progress, and support families to maximize outcomes. Competitive pay, health benefits, PTO growth, and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
