Job summary

Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC in North Ft. Worth, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician for in-home ABA services.

You’ll work 1:1 with a child with autism, implementing programs created by a supervising BCBA, running sessions that build communication, play, social skills and daily living, and recording data to show real progress. This role offers weekday hours with optional weekend work, a supportive clinical team, paid onboarding, and room to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator.
• Comfortable working in a family's home.
• Active RBT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with Autism in the home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA.
• Day to day, run skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living.
• Collect session data and tracking real measurable progress.
• Partner with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life.
• Document sessions clearly and professionally.
