Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Dallas, TX. This full-time role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with young children, following individualized treatment plans and collecting data on progress.

You will engage kids through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities, staying active and ensuring a safe therapy setting. Immediate start; strong growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
