Job summary

The Autism Treatment Center in San Antonio, TX is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for immediate positions at our outpatient clinic. You will provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote independence for individuals with autism and related disabilities.

With an RBT credential, you will support families at drop-off/pick-up and participate in ongoing data collection and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must maintain current CPR; First Aid; and SAMA certifications.
• Must maintain a Texas Driver's License and driver’s insurance on file.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with IDD/Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group ABA therapy/behavior support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or IDD.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA and Program Manager on programming and data collection.
• Develop and implement behavior plans and assess progress with data collection and reports.
• Attend team meetings and communicate with families/guardians at pick up/drop off.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines.
