Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and report progress under supervision, while collaborating with peers and supervisors.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
