Alongside ABA in Temecula, CA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills across school, home, and clinic settings.

This role offers $22–$27 per hour, a sign-on bonus, paid training including RBT certification, and a path for growth with 401(k) matching.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Assist in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and supervision hours.
• Comply with clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
