Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place in Caldwell, ID is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents. Under BCBA supervision, you’ll help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in clinic, home, and community settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress tracking, collaboration with families, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary group. Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification are required or will be pursued with training

Qualifications

• Current RBT credentials required.
• Experience with children or developmental needs preferred.
• Willing to train eligible candidates.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Ability to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 in clinic, home, and community.
• Track client progress through daily data collection and record keeping.
• Implement BCBA-designed treatment and behavior support plans.
• Communicate with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support skill development, independence, and emotional regulation.
