Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children and adolescents in our Caldwell clinic, with duties in clinic, home, and community settings.

Under BCBA supervision, you will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based, compassionate care. You will track progress with daily data, communicate with families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and emotional

Qualifications

• Current RBT credentials required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Willing to train eligible candidates.
• Able to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 in clinic, home, and community.
• Track behavior and skill building progress through daily data collection.
• Follow BCBA-designed treatment and behavior support plans.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Promote positive skill development, independence, and emotional regulation.
