Job summary

Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kuna, ID. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support development and daily life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Completion of the 40-hour Behavior Technician training.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Active CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
