Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Boise is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children and adolescents.

Under BCBA supervision, you will support communication, social and daily living skill development in clinic, home, and community settings. The position requires current RBT credential, willingness to train, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass Idaho DHW background checks and RBT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT credential.
• Willing to train eligible candidates.
• Experience working with children with developmental needs preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Track progress with daily data collection.
• Support clients using BCBA-designed treatment plans.
