Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Holton, KS. You will provide 1:1 therapy in various settings, implement BCBA-designed plans, and track client progress with detailed data collection.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, have a High School diploma or equivalent (college preferred), and can pass a background check. Local travel and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check required; reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
