Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and work with families to help clients succeed.

We welcome both part-time and full-time candidates and offer flexible schedules. The role is based in Holcomb, KS, with requirements including RBT certification and a background check. Travel locally may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or child work experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
