Job summary

Aluma Care KS in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role provides 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA, with a focus on data-driven progress and client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
