Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Leawood, KS. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings and supporting client progress under BCBA supervision.

The position requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for local travel. We value collaboration with families and a commitment to client success in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
