Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in Basehor, Kansas. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and help track client progress with families and team members.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to pass a background check; transportation and ability to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
