Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy hires Registered Behavioral Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or school settings. You will implement plans written by a supervising BCBA, collect data, and coordinate with the treatment team. A valid RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a clean background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Able to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or in-person settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain timely arrival with reliable transportation.
