Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. This part-time role focuses on 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision and data-driven progress tracking.

You'll collaborate with families and clinical staff to support treatment goals, maintain a safe, engaging session environment, and contribute to client outcomes. Flexible scheduling in the White Marsh area available.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
