Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst P4 to advance RBAC and access governance across the enterprise. You will partner with business, IT, security, and application teams to document access models and drive security improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IAM/RBAC, SailPoint experience preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. Collaboration across diverse teams, with opportunities to lead special RBAC initiatives, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Security, Cybersecurity, CS, IT or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC, and IAM platforms/integrations, SailPoint preferred.
• Hands-on with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID, Unix LDAP), data platforms (GCP, Snowflake), and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the RBAC project core team, aiding decision making and problem identification.
• Drive access control improvements to enforce least-privilege and protect Micron's IP.
• Document applications, systems, data repositories, and access models with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze security configurations and RBAC readiness, identify gaps and design opportunities.
• Stay updated on security trends and integrate solutions into Micron's security framework.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, research and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to special projects expanding RBAC coverage and governance across the enterprise.
