Our close-knit team of employees thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment built on safety, teamwork, accountability, responsiveness, and respect—all driven by our passion for making food pets love! **What We Have to Offer*** $19.50 per hour* Up to 120 hours (15 days) vacation annually* 11 paid company holidays* Paid time off benefits* 401(k) with company match* Medical, dental, life insurance* Career growth and cross-training opportunities**Your Work Schedule and Shift Information*** **8-hour shifts*** 1st shift: 6 to 2:30 pm* 2nd shift: 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm* Currently hiring for 1st and/or 2nd shift dependent upon business need* Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, holidays and emergency events as needed* Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**As part of our manufacturing team, you will:* Accurately measure and prepare all dry ingredients and proteins to ensure accurate batching for each production run* Safely operate forming equipment to produce products that meet quality and production specifications* Load formed products onto screens and organize carts for efficient processing* Transfer product carts into ovens to support the baking process* Complete daily production records accurately and on time* Verify ingredient lot codes and production documentation to ensure product traceability and quality compliance* Support efficient product changeovers and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment* Collaborate with team members and production leads to achieve daily production and quality goals* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance* Assist in training new employees **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** High school diploma or GED* Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)* 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred* Basic computer skills with the ability to use digital tools and systems to complete daily work tasks* Machine operation, mechanical/technical experience preferred* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods* Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions* Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms* Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards* Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)* Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
