Job summary

DSM Nutritional Products in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a Raw Material Quality Control Technician to support RM specifications, perform QC analyses, and report deviations in a GMP-compliant laboratory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control.
• Fluency in local language a requirement (if applicable) and other languages encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support Raw Material specification alignment into system and conduct RM testing.
• Independent organization and processing of quality control analyses in the laboratory.
• Prepare, perform, and document routine analyses per specifications.
• Plausibility checks of results and accuracy checks of measured data.
• Enter results into defined systems and report deviations (OOS) per protocols.
• Maintain calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment per GMP and safety rules.
• Adhere to deadlines and KPI targets for analysis duration and reporting.
• Handle first lab test for OOS results following execution documentation.
• Procure materials and manage QC stock and reagents; prevent shortages.
• Escalate common issues to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
