Job summary

Shearer’s Foods is seeking a Raw Material Planner to join the materials team in Minnesota. The role ensures daily safety, quality and production goals are met and acts as a liaison between production, scheduling and customer service.

You will lead warehouse staff, balance schedules, and maintain material levels while using Red Prairie for material transactions. The position includes a 7AM-7PM 2/2/3 rotation with wage details described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Safety mindset and creating a safe workplace.
• Warehouse experience required; forklift, loading/unloading and inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with high lift reach truck and WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, scheduling and customer service to keep materials flowing.
• Lead warehouse staff and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain production schedule and ensure materials are picked before lines run.
• Communicate with teams to coordinate raw materials activities.
• Maintain RM tags, inventory, and return areas.
• Assist with transfers between shifts and flex between finished goods and materials as needed.
