Shearer’s Foods is seeking a Raw Material Planner to join the Raw Materials team in the United States. The role focuses on keeping daily safety, quality and production goals on track while ensuring smooth material flow with minimal delays on the lines.
You will coordinate with production, scheduling and customer service, manage material flow, update records, print labels, and use Red Prairie for material transactions.

Raw Material Planner
7AM-7PM 2/2/3 Rotation
$19.05/hr base + $1/hr shift differentialAdditional $3.25/hr once trained
The primary function of the Planner will work as part of the Raw Materials team to ensure that daily safety, quality and production goals are met. The Planner will be a front line commander ensuring maximum flow of materials with minimum delays on the production lines.
Responsible for acting as a liaison between production, scheduling and customer service.
Safety Mindset– Create a safety and healthy workplace.
Experience: Warehouse experience required and 1 –2 years Forklift, loading, unloading, and inventory experience preferred.High lift reach truck, and WMS system experience also preferred.
Language Skills: Must be able to read, understand and effectively communicate with team members in the immediate area.
Mathematical Skills: Must be able to do simple math, conversions (mm – in., g-oz), and use formulas to compute run rates
Leadership: Must be honest, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, anda team player with ability to interact with both management and co-workers.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out written or oral instructions.
Time Management – Must be able to follow standard work instructions
