Job summary

Givaudan in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Raw Material Planner to ensure material availability for production and timely delivery. You will plan, schedule and release procurement activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in supply planning or production planning; APICS certification and Six Sigma belts are a plus. Experience in flavors/ingredients/fragrances is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration)
• 2+ years in supply planning or production planning
• APICS certification (preferred)
• Experience in flavor/ingredient/fragrance industry (preferred)
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule to meet the production plan and productivity targets
• Ensure material availability and manage inventory levels
• Release purchase requisitions and monitor MOQ lead times
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Receiving, Logistics and GBS teams
• Resolve supply issues and share best practices within the team
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
