Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Raw Material Lead to oversee the material yard, manage and organize raw material locations, and coordinate the saw operator under production controls guidance.

You will stage and sort weld and fabrication shop materials, kit jobs for production needs, and collaborate with the scheduler to maintain scheduled workflow. Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills are required, with leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Works with Production Control to ensure scheduled workflow through saw is maintained.
• Trains and mentors saw operator.
• Oversees and schedules the daily workflow of the saw.
• Provides constructive and timely inventory evaluations.
• Maintain raw material yard organization.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Stages upcoming work for saw and weld/fab shop.
• Kit and stages material for production work orders.
