Job summary

Sysco seeks a dedicated FSQA material auditor to support the raw material audit program and inspection process at a Sysco Specialty Meat Group location. You will assess quality attributes of raw materials, submit supplier claims for non-conforming products, and coordinate with FSQA, Merchandising, and Accounting to ensure proper resolution.

This role requires knowledge of meat/seafood product specs, QA/QC experience, and the ability to train staff on FSQA procedures.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance procedures knowledge and ability to apply QA/QC practices.
• Experience with analyzing product specifications and writing clear reports.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Physically and visually assess quality attributes of raw materials against specs.
• Submit claims to suppliers for non-conforming products and follow up.
• Assist FSQA training and program documentation; support audits and plant inspections.
