Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is hiring a Ravello Restaurant Sous Chef. You will oversee culinary operations, maintain menu options, and serve as a link between the head chef and kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate has formal culinary training and 3–5 years of culinary experience, strong communication, and Food Safe certification. English fluency and U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Formal culinary training in culinary arts.
• 3–5 years of culinary experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be Food Safe Certified; knowledge of ordering systems is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the culinary team of the dining outlet.
• Assist with menu development, specials, and inventory orders.
• Lead standards, train staff on procedures, and manage kitchen operations.
