Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Ravello Host to provide dining support in our on-site modern Italian restaurant, Ravello.

You will maintain the reception area, assist with training, manage guest information in the Micros system, and ensure warm, professional guest service. Fluent English and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the reception area and greet guests warmly.
• Assist managers with training and uphold high guest-service standards.
• Collect guest information and enter reservations into the Micros system.
• Observe guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
