BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Rasa to build sophisticated conversational AI and assistants. You will design NLU pipelines, manage multi-turn dialogues, and integrate with external APIs, all in a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

4+ years in Software Engineering, Conversational AI, or NLP.
Proven expertise with the Rasa open-source framework.
Experience designing NLU pipelines, stories, and rules.
Hands-on with custom action servers and external API integration.
Deep understanding of ML architectures for dialogue management.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement custom NLU pipelines to extract intents and entities.
Develop multi-turn dialogue stories and rules for complex conversations.
Build and maintain custom action servers to integrate chatbots with external APIs and backends.
Optimize model performance through training, testing and refining conversational data.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into conversational interfaces.
