The role emphasizes building RAG workflows, semantic search, and automated data pipelines, with a global, 100% remote team and competitive USD compensation. Fluency in English is required to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and integrating LLMs, specifically OpenAI APIs.
• Experience building and optimizing RAG workflows and Semantic Search.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop and integrate high-performance application layers with LLM APIs to support complex workflows.
• Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare unstructured data for AI workflows.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and shape strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.
